Linguamock, a product of NKB Global, provides digital mock tests, practice materials, and related educational services delivered online. All products are non-tangible and are accessible immediately upon successful payment.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been granted. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to this no-refund policy.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or multiple charges for the same transaction
- Payment deducted but access to the purchased service was not provided
- Verified technical errors on our platform that prevent access to the purchased service
4. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or full usage of any mock test or content
- Incorrect purchase decision by the user
- Failure to review product details before purchase
