Package access and refund guidance

Digital access

LinguaMock sells digital mock-test access. Once a package is activated and test content is accessed, refund eligibility may be limited.

Duplicate or accidental payments

If a duplicate charge or accidental payment occurs, contact support promptly with the account email and payment reference.

Technical issues

If platform access fails because of a confirmed system issue, we may extend access, reissue a test, or review refund eligibility.
